About the Author: Nazeeha Khan
I have started this blog to share my love of creating all things sweet and savoury.
An entirely Self trained and taste buds-taught amateur chef turned professional baker, food writer, Food instructor-conducting culinary classes in Karachi Pakistan under the brand of My Secret Bakes-Nazeeha Khan, Recipe and Menu developer; learning as I go through various culinary books and a tremendous amount of trial and error, mentored by my passionate drive to create the original, fuse the existing and embellish the old with innovation as per my imagination.
My two great loves have always been literature and the culinary arts. I still read and write but my journey into the food world has changed my relationship with the execution of my own imagination. Writing all about food and orchestrating such symphony of pleasure for the palate so you may be able to sense the associations of tastes and textures of each of my recipes.
I took my inspiration from several chefs around the world, who left their un-fading mark on the history of the art.
This blog offers my carefully created selection of original recipes and adaptations of the best from the web, cookbooks and those of my family, friends and some of the finest pastry chefs and chocolatiers. I strive to combine my creativity and inspiration to overturn traditions and explore new horizons.
