Ingredients
- PASANDAY FRY | PAARCHA KABAB
- 350 grams beef Pasanday or paarchay
- 1-1/2 tablespoons papaya paste
- 1 teaspoon meant tenderiser
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1-1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon red chilli flakes
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 2 teaspoons roasted ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Caram seeds/ Ajwaen
- 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
- 1 tablespoon kasuri methi
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice or white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons gram flour / Besan
- 2 tablespoons rice flour
- 1/2 cup water or as required
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except for meat in a mixing bowl.
- Now add meat to the marinade and let rest for 5-6 hours so the meat tenderises well.
- Add some oil in a pan and shallow fry marinated beef fillets in single layer. Let cook on one side on medium low flame for 7 minutes, then flip the fillets. Now cover the pan and let cook on medium low flame for another 10-12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes remove lid and turn flame to high now cook on both sides fill for another one minute till brown and charred.
- Serve with salad and chutney.
