These quick and easy to put together Potatoes are a perfect addition to your Eid trolley either at tea or as a starter to your extravagant Eid dinners.

Ingredients
  1. 5 large potatoes partially boiled.
  2. Oil for deep frying.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste
  4. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  5. 1 teaspoon ajinomoto
  6. 1 teaspoon oregano leaves
  7. FILLING
  8. 1/2 packet mozzarella cheese grated
  9. 1/2 packet cheddar cheese grated
  10. Salt and pepper to taste
  11. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  12. 3 chopped green chilies
  13. 2 stalks chopped spring onion,
Instructions
  1. Make slice marks on each potato width wise but don't cut through.
  2. Deep fry the potatoes until crisp and golden.
  3. Season the fried potatoes with salt pepper, red chili powder, oregano and ajinomoto.
  4. Mix grated cheddar and mozzarella cheese in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, green chillies and chopped doing onions.
  5. Fill the potato slits with the cheese filling. Place on an oven tray and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes till cheese melts and gets golden.
