Here is a delectable twist to your favourite lasagne. A lipsmacking homemade Ranch sauce takes the famous Alfredo lasagne up a notch. 
This recipe is sure to impress your dinner guests. 

CHICKEN ALFREDO RANCH LASAGNE

FOR CHICKEN SAUCE
  1. 1/4 cup oil
  2. 500 grams boneless chicken chunks
  3. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  4. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  5. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
  7. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  9. 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
  12. 1/2 cup Pizza sauce
FOR RANCH SAUCE
  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
  3. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  4. 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  5. 1 cup oil
  6. 1/2 cup cream
  7. 1 teaspoon chopped coriander
  8. 1 teaspoon oregano
  9. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  10. 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  11. 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoon salt or as per taste
  13. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  14. 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  15. 2 tablespoons cream cheese
ALFREDO SAUCE
  1. 50 grams butter
  2. 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  3. 1 cup cream
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  6. 1/2 teaspoon chicken powder
  7. 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  8. 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  9. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
TO ASSEMBLE LASAGNE
  1. 1 packet boiled lasagne sheets
  2. 100 grams grated cheddar cheese
  3. 100 grams grated mozzarella cheese
TO SPRINKLE ON TOP
  1. Chopped parsley or coriander
  2. Dried oregano
Notes
  1. Start by preparing chicken sauce. Heat oil in a pan and sear chicken. Add in chopped garlic and onion and continue to sauté. Now add in all the remaining ingredients for the chicken sauce and mix through. Once the chicken is cooked set it aside.
  2. For Ranch sauce take an egg, mustard paste, chopped garlic and vinegar in a bowl. Beat the egg mixture and start pouring oil in a steady thin stream while continuing to beat the mixture till thick and creamy. Now add in the rest of the ingredients for ramch sauce.
  3. Prepare Alfredo sauce. Heat butter in a pan and sauté garlic. Whisk in cream, milk, cream cheese and all the seasonings.
  4. To assemble lasagne take an 8x8 glass baking dish. Layer boiled lasagne sheets. Pour a layer of ranch sauce then Alfredo sauce followed by chicken and cheeses. We used a combination of cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers as per liking. Top with some more ranch sauce and cheese. Finally sprinkle chopped coriander or parsley and dried oregano.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes or till the cheese melts and get a nice golden colour.
