Ingredients
  1. 30-36 Oreos
  2. 75 grams melted butter
  3. 1/2 cup Cream cheese
  4. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or hung yogurt
  5. 6 tablespoons Castor sugar
  6. 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Strawberry extract
  8. 3/4 cup Puréed strawberries
  9. 1 cup Whipped cream
  10. Chopped Oreos as required
  11. Hershey's chocolate syrup to drizzle on top
Instructions
  1. In a food processor add Oreos (with cream in between cookies) and melted butter and process.
  2. Press it down in an 8 inch tart pan and let set in freezer for 20 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, Greek yogurt, castor sugar, lemon juice, strawberry extract and puréed strawberries. Finally fold in whipped cream. Add in chopped Oreos as much as you desire. Spread over tart base and smooth out. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  4. Drizzle some Hershey's chocolate syrup on top and place some strawberries. Serve chilled.
For puréed strawberries
  1. Leave about 300 grams of hulled and chopped strawberries with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar for an hour. Then blend them for just one or two pulses for we need our to be strawberries a little chunky.
