Chocolate Bounty Brownies

BROWNIE LAYER
  1. 1/2 cup oil
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/4 cup castor sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  6. 1/4 cup flour
  7. 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
COCONUT LAYER
  1. 1-1/2 cups desiccated coconut
  2. 3 tablespoons milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
TOP LAYER
  1. 300 grams grated milk chocolate
  2. 1 tablespoon butter
  3. Sugar Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Begin by lining a greased 8 inch square baking pan with parchment paper and grease it again with some fat.
  2. Preheat oven at 180°C.
  3. Prepare the brownie layer. Beat together oil sugars eggs and vanilla essence. Once all are well incorporated add in the flour and cocoa powder. Beat for 10 seconds at low speed. Pour the batter in the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. For coconut layer mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Once the brownie cools in the pan spread a thick layer of coconut mixture.
  5. Finally melt together milk chocolate and butter and spread over the coconut layer. Add sprinkles and let set at room temperature.
  6. Cut into 9 squares and serve.
