Yesss! As per promise, here I am, after a long wait, with the best replica of the most requested BURGER recipe, the famous Big Mac . It is made in beef but I have used chicken for this tutorial. However, you can make it with either.
The real kick to this burger comes with its special sauce, which itself calls for some special ingredients. Some real signature ones. So let’s get started with a word on the ingredients.
The sauce gets it’s flavour and richness with three of American Garden’s/ Heinz’s products. Sweet Relish, French Dressing and Mustard paste. The right combination of these in a mayonnaise base yields a finger licking goodness so close to what you enjoy in the famous Big Mac.
Throw all the ingredients of the sauce in a food processor and churn till you get a smooth-creamy dip. It would be a bit thick, so add milk to bring your sauce to a pourable consistency .
And now the grand pattyyyy. Beef is the ideal and famous choice of course but to bring this other option to use is what I wanted. So chicken it is in my tutorial, you can replace it with beef. Process chicken with all the ingredients specially water and cream, which adds to the juiciness of the patty.
Once processed to fine consistency make palm sized patties and shallow fry or better still grill them on lightly greased grill pan.
The real flavour of this burger, after the essence packed sauce, comes from Dill Pickle slices. Grab one in American Garden or Heinz and you are set to have a divine burger, sure to make you forget the commercial version of it.
Put a generous dollop of our special sauce on a toasted bun.
Spread the sauce and top it off with a little chopped onion.
Place a leaf of ice berg or green lettuce, either as per your liking.
Place a slice of your favorite cheddar cheese; Swiss or American.
Place hot patty over the cheese slice and drop some more sauce over it.
Place another toasted bun on top of sauce covered patty.
Adding more goodness to this huge heavenly burger… another generous dollop of mac sauce.
Some more chopped onion for that slight crunch in your juicy burger
A leaf of freshness, ice berg or green lettuce.
Place some slices of dill flavored pickle.. This, exactly would electrify your burger.
Place another big juicy patty on top of pickled slices.
Some more sauce. here you may add another slice of cheese if you really wanna enrich your burger to a super yummy level.
Finally cap off your burger with a slightly toasted bun.

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper

- 2-3 cloves garlic crushed

- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 3 tablespoons water
