Smoked Paprika Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  1. CHICKEN MARINADE
  2. 4 chicken breast fillets
  3. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1-1/2 tablespoons Smoked Paprika
  6. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  7. 1 lemon, squeezed
WASABI MUSTARD SAUCE
  1. 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  2. 1/4 cup sour cream
  3. 3 tablespoons ketchup
  4. 1 tablespoon mustard paste
  5. 1-1/2 teaspoons wasabi paste
  6. 2 tablespoons honey
  7. 1-1/2 tablespoons minced parsley
  8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1/4 teaspoon chopped garlic
TO ASSEMBLE
  1. 5-6 pita rounds
  2. 2 onions sliced
  3. 1 large capsicum cut into 1/2 inch thick strips
  4. 1/4 cup oil
  5. Ice berg lettuce
Instructions
  1. Rub salt, smoked paprika and garlic on chicken fillets. Now add in black pepper and lemon juice. Let marinate for 2-3 hours. Overnight for best results.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and lightly grill the pita breads.
  3. Now grill the marinated chicken breasts 3-4 minutes each side. Remove on a wooden board and let rest. After a few minutes cut each fillet into an inch thick slices.
  4. In the same grill pan which you used to cook chicken, add 2 tablespoons more oil and place the sliced onions and capsicums and share for a couple of minutes.
  5. For wasabi mustard sauce whisk together all the ingredients mentioned and now assemble the wraps.
  6. Apply some sauce on each pita round. Place some ice berg lettuce and chicken fillet slices. Now add a dollop more of the sauce and fold over.
