Ingredients
  1. 1/2 packet Penne, boiled
  2. 250 grams chicken breast fillets (Approx 2)
  3. 1/4 cup oil
  4. 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  5. 3 tablespoons ketchup
  6. 3 tablespoons Franks Hot Wing Sauce
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
  8. 1 teaspoon Paprika
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  11. 1 teaspoon minced garlic
SAUCE
  1. 25 grams butter
  2. 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  3. 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  4. 2 cups chopped spinach
  5. 3 cups milk
  6. 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  7. 1 cup cream
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
  11. 1 tablespoon red chilli flakes
  12. 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  13. 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  14. 1 cup grated Parmesan
Instructions
  1. In a bowl prepare the marinade. Whisk together oil, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, hot sauce, mustard paste, paprika, salt, pepper and minced garlic. Place the chicken in the marinade and let rest for 2-3 hours
  2. Heat a griddle and grease with some oil. Place the marinated chicken fillets and apply some marinade on them. Let cook 3 minutes and then flip over. Apply more marinade and cook for another 3 minutes. Remove on a wooden board and let rest for 7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile prepare the sauce. In a pan heat some butter and sauté garlic. Then add sliced mushrooms and spinach l. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add in milk, cream cheese, cream, salt, pepper, chicken stock powder, oregano, red chilli flakes, Worcestershire sauce and grated Parmesan. Bring the sauce to a boil and add in the cooked pasta.
  4. Remove pasta in a serving platter and top with grilled chicken with cuts across the fillets.
