Ingredients
  1. 2 bread slices (White, Multigrain, French bread whatever you prefer)
  2. 3 tablespoons melted butter
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste
  6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard paste
  8. 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  9. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  10. 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  11. 2 medium sized red onions, diced
  12. 2-3 green chillies chopped
  13. 3 tablespoon grated sharp cheddar cheese
  14. 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  15. Dill pickle slices as required
  16. More sharp cheddar cheese to sprinkle on top
  17. 1/4 teaspoon mixed Italian seasonings
  18. FOR AN 8x8 CASSEROLE DISH
  19. 6 bread slices
  20. 5 eggs
  21. 3/4 cup milk
  22. 50 grams melted butter
  23. 1 teaspoon oregano
  24. 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  25. 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  26. 1 teaspoon mustard paste
  27. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  28. 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  29. 2 large red onions, diced
  30. 4-5 green chillies, diced
  31. 1/4 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  32. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  33. Some more grated sharp cheddar to go on top
  34. 8-10 dill pickle slices
  35. 1 teaspoon mixed Italian seasoning
Instructions
  1. Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together, melted butter, milk, eggs, salt, black pepper, oregano, mustard paste, mayonnaise, cream cheese, diced onions and green chillies.
  3. Soak the bread cubes in this mixture for two hours.
  4. Take four greased Ramekins and fill each three forth with the mixture.
  5. Top each ramekin with some grated sharp cheddar cheese and some chopped cilantro.
  6. Sprinkle some mixed Italian seasoning and place a dill pickle slice on top of each.
  7. Bake these days in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
